Our Unparalleled Painting and Coating Inspection services ensure the flawless application and integrity of protective coatings across your steel structures, pumps, pressure vessels, valves, strainers, and coolers. All our inspectors are FROSIO and NACE Level III certified.

  • Valve Inspection: Our in-depth valve inspection services encompass Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Electric Actuator Gate Valves, and Non-Return Valves. We perform a battery of tests, including Hydro-testing for Shell & Valve Seats, Performance Testing, Positive Material Identification (PMI) Witnessing, and Dimensional Checks.
  • API-600 Pump Inspection: We ensure the integrity and functionality of your API-600 pumps through a comprehensive inspection program that includes Performance Testing, Motorized Run Tests (MRT) for four hours, Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH) Testing, Noise Level and Vibration Checks, Bearing Oil Temperature Checks, and Strip Tests.
  • Additional Services: Our inspection expertise extends to Return Tower Bottom Re-boiler Centrifugal Pumps, including Hydro-testing Witnessing and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) for Low-Pressure Turbines (LPT) and machined items. We also inspect Steam Turbines, Boiler Feed Water Pumps with Auxiliary Piping Plans (BFW), and Boilers.
